[sllug-members]: Web Hosting

I've been using http://www.nearlyfreespeech.net/ for over a year now.
It is a pay for what you use model.  I run a wordpress blog on it for
less than a dollar a month (of course I don't get too much traffic,
just a few visitors a day).
