I've never understood that. 

Why win then change their name anyway?

BTW, I did hear that Micro$oft won the lawsuit but now that I think 
about it, I think it was someone who told me that and not from any 
article I read.

Anyway, Why use Wintendo when you can run WINE and get more software 
options than what Micro$oft can offer.

My kids love playing Oblivion under Ubuntu now.  The graphics are stunning!
