I think the whitelisting was the most important change for me to make 
from the default Debian install.  You have some services(google) that 
will try to send the same email from different servers, and the greylist 
dameon will not realize it is the same email.  So long story short 
whitelist google and watch for other services that do the same sort of 
thing.
