To the best of my knowledge, you need to disable DRI for Xinerama to
work. Xinerama doesn't support 3D. However, I have gotten 3D Multihead
to work (without Xinerama) using "Option Clone" in the "Device"
section.

Intel also has a page up detailing how to set up the intel driver with
RandR for Multihead. It at:

I've also tried Multihead using multiple screen definitions. However,
I wasn't able to get that to work. I don't have my laptop available
right now or I would give some details on the problem. Basically, the
X server segfaults.
