I cannot remember the name of the service at this time.  But they have had 
infomercials on the television recently.  They claim a $19.95/yr service and 
$39.95 start up that includes the first year of service.  They even have a 
full thirty day trial.  They will pay shipping both ways.  It consists of a 
USB dongle that any telephone can plug into.  That being the case then any 
wireless telephone base that meets your needs would suffice.  The dongle is 
suppose to work with one, two or four line telephones.  This should give you 
enough of an ideal to know if you want to pursue it.
