Daw and Yarro are friends who partnered on the CP80 bill in the last
legislative session. In the intervening year, Yarro has spoken out
about what he perceives as the dangers of public wifi and its ability
to provide porn to minors (he ranted in committee about how kids could
war drive neighborhoods and download porn from their cars in the
street if they found unsecured networks).
Its a small leap to this bill, if you ask me.
