Oh, I'm sure UTA isn't trying to privatize. I'm sure the effort to
privatize UTA is completely independant of UTAH itself. Why privatize?
Because UTA is perhaps the most inefficiently run bureaucracy in Utah 
state government. It answers to virtually no one. There are plenty of
examples of private management of public transit systems that save
taxpayers huge amounts of money. That's precisely what would happen if UTA
were turned over to private management.
