[sllug-members]: CVS Pserver Issue

I have a machine that is working (locally) for cvs

when I try to connect to is remotely I am getting "connection refused"
which according to what I have read means my xinetd (suse 10.2 server)
is not listening for cvs on port 2401.

I have tried to use yast to enable xinetd to listen on port 2401 for
cvs but have had no luck in this working.

When I pull netstat I see only http and my ssh connections shown.

Any help is appreciated.
