I spoke to Liz, the producer of Utah NOW, and she seemed quite
interested in this. She wanted to know who I thought would be
appropriate guests.  I told her honestly I wasn't entirely sure,
but it seemed clear there should be:

 * someone from UTOPIA (presumably the project office can send someone
   appropriate)

 * one or two mayors or city councilpeople from involved cities

 * probably someone from one or both of the service providers (Warren or
   Pete from Xmission :-)

 * it would be best to invite both Qwest and Comcast

 * and ?????

I will collect and summarize any ideas discussed here and
transmit to Liz.

As for RadioWest, I'm sure Doug (the host of both shows) will
take initiative if he finds it interesting enough.
