[sllug-members]: Gnome refuses to start after crash

Hey everyone,

My machine crashed the other day.  When it rebooted, Gnome wouldn't 
start.  I get an error message that my session lasted less than 10 
seconds.  When I look at the details it says something about 
sabayon-apply but no details. I did "rpm -V $(rpm -qa)" and everything 
came back clean so at least the installed packages are all good.

KDE starts fine.  Same with TWM and FVWM.  Now, some may say, with TWM, 
why would anyone want for more?  I hear you.  But this is bugging me so 
if you have any ideas. let me know.
