I'd say that there is already a few people doing just that.  One
fellow who's a regular here, and several others on the xmission
Pro-UTOPIA mailing list as well.  In addition, XMission is doing what
they can.  I'd say that I would be willing to put some money up to
help get a billboard along I-15 if others will.  I just don't have the
capability of donating time to research the costs and such to get it
up...  I think this is a good start with the KUED piece, RadioWest and
a UTOPIA community presentation, but we can do more, and should if we
want this infrastructure to be here soon!
