[sllug-members]: Bad UTOPIA news - let's do something about it

Important correction.  DynamicCity *was* the company contracted by  
UTOPIA to manage the network and service providers.

DynamicCity was taken over some months ago by PacketFront (friendly  
acquisition afaik), which is largely considered the world's leading  
authority on municipal fiber.  It makes sense that they would  
eventually take interest in the world's largest muni-fiber network,  
UTOPIA.

The management that PacketFront has brought is very, very different,  
and the pending changes in operations are significant.  Whether or not  
that is a good thing, I cannot honestly yet say.  They are severely  
hampered by the trickle of RUS funding, and it will be interesting to  
see what they come up with when a steady influx of bonding cash is  
restored.
