[sllug-members]: Bad UTOPIA news - let's do something about it

Hell of a deal too, even if it does only burst up to that speed.
I downloaded an Ubuntu iso a day or so after my "upgrade"
It was done downloading in less time than it took me to burn the thing.
DVD's are even better, 15 minutes to download, 30 minutes to burn.
Let me just say I'm a happy camper with XMission.
