Is part of the reason for lack of advertising maybe just the current
backlog of orders?
I called Xmission a few months ago when I was planning to move, from
my home which has Utopia to a new home also in a built-out area which
did not already have Utopia installed at the house, to see how long it
would take.
According to the sales guy it was about 2 months (7 weeks actually)
out before service can be fulfilled.
Thats been pretty much the only reason I haven't been out and about
spreading the word. 7 weeks is a heck of a long time to wait for
service.
On the flipside, I have noticed that MStar is marketing this alot lately.
In fact until Monday I had no idea that Xmission could upgrade my
speed to 50MBs and 500GB for only $50 per month.
I jumped on that the second I heard about it!
You folks at Xmission need to let your existing customers know about
this new offer, I'ld bet my last dollar that you'ld have a 100%
upgrade rate.
Sincerely,
Steve (Longtime XMission over Utopia customer)
p.s. You guys have the very best customer service I have ever seen!
Keep up the good work!
