[sllug-members]: Bad UTOPIA news - let's do something about it

It's all about advertisement when talking about there is only 1/3 customers as it's expected. 

I mean, I didn't hear anything about this project before I got here. There is no channel for average people to hear about it. How could they buy it if they don't know it exists?

Look around my place. When I ask people how they compare UTOPIA with Comcast, they will probably say: what UTOPIA? Is it DSL?

Face it. It's all about marketing, not just technology.

It will be great if we have some marketing pro here help it out too.

    I may be able to help with some of this.  My wife and I own a DVD video
    company (TimeCapsules on DVD) and have worked with audio/video to DVD.
    So we have some skills putting videos together.

    Plus I'm a pain in the ass when it comes to contacting Politicians. 
    There are a few out there who hear from me about Utopia and Comcast's
    marketing fraud frequently.  Hell, now I'm working with a couple of
    Politicians in D.C. to push through a bill which would prohibit State 
    Lawmakers from messing with Utopia... Again (note S.B. 66).

    I'd be happy to help where I can.
