[sllug-members]: USEG Announcement

New Google Group: USEG, Utah Science and Engineering Group (
http://groups.google.com/group/useg)

This is a brand new group, and I thought it would be a good idea, since none
of the groups I can currently find encompass math, science, or engineering
as a specific topic. Because it's brand new, there aren't any members yet,
but I hope there soon will be. Anyway I hope to make a regular, bigger
thing.
