With luck when Novell, IBM, Autozone and whomever else win
damages/courtcosts against SCO this money will mean that SCO can pay.
Of course I'm sure this investment is structured to fund the lawsuit but
not be forfeit when SCO loses. So IMHO this is funding a free shot
against Linux/Novell/IBM with no consequences when SCO loses.
