California firm buys Utah-based Linux
A Silicon Valley company has bought the assets of Utah supercomputer
maker Linux Networx Inc. for an undisclosed amount of stock.
Silicon Graphics Inc. acquired key Linux Networx software, patents,
technology and expertise, Sunnyvale, Calif.-based SGI said Thursday.
It isn't clear what will happen to Linux Networx. David Morton, chief
technology officer of the Bluffdale-based company, declined to comment.
Naturally,
