[sllug-members]: SLLUG server outage

Hi everyone,

The ISP that I use is changing my block of static IPs.  Since I host the 
SLLUG server, there will be a short outage while DNS changes propagate 
and the DNSRBL servers get the new ip addresses for email.

I plan on making the changes this weekend so hopefully the outage wont 
be too long.  The longest change will be the DNSRBL updates.  My reverse 
IP addresses need to be mapped at my ISP first before I can submit the 
new IP addresses.
