I have some cards that I'll offer up in case anyone is interested in these:

1 Qty Adaptec AHA-2940UW SCSI Card
2 Qty 225289-001 Compaq Remote Insight Board RILO (default settings info,
power and cables included). 
1 Qty 340855-001 SMART ARRAY 3200 DUAL CHANNEL PCI ULTRA2 SCSI CONTROLLER
CARD WITH 64MB CACHE. 
1 Qty 401859-001 Compaq 4200 Smart Array PCI 4-CH (64MB)

I also have a couple of small Compaq drives (18.2Gb 10K RPM Wide Ultra 2
SCSI and Wide Ultra SCSI in their drive trays)

Everything works, but I got rid of the server a long time ago and have no
plans for this stuff.
