Whoopie. Good for you, but it's not helpful to somebody who's been 
without service for a couple of months, and no end in sight.

With all of the pro-UTOPIA campaigning here, I was hoping that somebody 
could give some insight. So far when push comes to shove (i.e. you 
actually need service instead of rah-rah propaganda), from my vantage 
point UTOPIA stinks. Bad.

Is there anything to be done, or is he just screwed until a 
disinterested paper pusher gets around to it?
