[sllug-members]: UTOPIA troubles

We had a similar experience with Utopia at our office, we went for
over a year with no connection and it was a finger pointing game
between Utopia and Xmission. There ended up being problems on both
of their ends. Good thing it was just a backup line to our QMOE.
