[sllug-members]: Fiber for Salt Lake and Utah Movement

I feel that convining Salt Lake City to start Utopia will have a powerfull
affect on sorounding areas, nevertheless I want to see Utopia systems for
all of Utah.  That said I want to focus on Salt Lake City first, but also to
all areas in the valley and to lobby the state.  Little islands of city
fiber are, while great, insufficient, we need communication systems that
facilitate wide area communications to be on the same level.  A company with
Utopia in Murry can still be hurt by the barriers of setting up
offices/stores in surrounding areas.
