I'm curious. How would one begin a petition? It's been kicked around
lately for West Jordan. I would be very interested in getting something
like that started but lack an understanding of politics. At least for
now. I am learning how this crap works :-)

I don't think it would help much since I don't live there but I did
email your city council. I also explained to them what companies such
as Comcast are doing to it's customers who violate the "invisible
bandwidth limit". There are several people in the Sale Lake Valley who
are very upset with Comcast and don't want them to be the only game in
town. Utopia would solve many of those problems. A company goes crazy,
fire them and go with another Utopia provider :D
