I have been using a PCHDTV HD-2000 card for years without any problems.
 It's ATSC (OTA only), so no QAM.  More recently I got an HD Homerun
(www.silicondust.com) which is dual tuner, and both ATSC (OTA) and QAM
capable.  I really like it.
