[sllug-members]: PCTV PCI HD Tuner card

Hey

Regardless of which card you go with... it would be a real help if
someone who has gotten QAM to work can tell us if comcast in our market
uses qam-64, qam-256, 8-vsb and which of cable, cable-irc, cable-hrc to
scan with. That ends up being a lot of combinations to try.
