[sllug-members]: New paper comparing OpenVZ and Xen virtualization

Many of us run virtual machines, and this new paper comparing OpenVZ
and Xen virtualization may be of interest to some list members:

Xen, like VMware, is a hypervisor-based system that supports multiple
O/Ses.  OpenVZ is O/S-based virtualization, like Solaris Zones.
OpenVZ requires both host and guest to be GNU/Linux systems.
