[sllug-members]: cs.utah.edu Kmail smtp problem

This has been my week of email issues.

My wife works at the U and has a cs.utah.edu email which she accesses from
home. Her WindoseXP laptop finally died (which I've been patiently waiting
for to use as leverage to convert her to Linux) I've successfully exported
all her email/contacts from MS Outlook to my Linux box using Kontact
(kmail), until I have a chance to replace her laptop. (and I'm taking my
time replacing her laptop as part of my devilish ploy.)

I know some of you on the list study and/or work at the U. I followed the
instructions found here:

http://www.cs.utah.edu/support/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=28&Itemid=54

Receiving her IMAP emails is working fine, but when I try to send emails I
get a "key has expired" error from kmail. I'm assuming this is referring to
the ssl key(?), and I'm not sure how to resolve this issue. If it is an ssl
issue how do I reset/update the key? (If that is the problem) I haven't had
too much success googling this error.

Any advise would be helpful. Thanks,
Jared

P.S. For those of you at the U who might know my wife, please don't let her
in on my ploy to convert her to Linux. :)
