[sllug-members]: Utopia providers

I wanted to comment here about the land line.  I think this will change in
the near future.  I listened to a piece on NPR recently that stated that
AT&T had to give some concessions to be able to compete in this market
(Hi-speed internet).  It appears that one of the concessions is that the
land line requirement will go away.  Best guess on the timeframe for that is
probably something like 2-5 years though...
