I'm a Xmission/UTOPIA customer. I'll second Mac's opinion that they're
great.

But, I can't say anything about their customer service because I've
never needed to call them.  Which says a lot in itself (both that I'm a
pretty low maintenance customer and that the service has been very
reliable).
