I believe mstar also (optionally?) filters your internet content. Some
might consider that a pro, others might consider it a con.

XMission is in the middle of getting VOIP service set up, from what I
understand it will be offered within 2007. Their quality of service (both
the technical side and the customer service and support side) is the
number one thing that keeps me going back for more. You won't find a more
knowledgeable and capable support staff anywhere else, at least not the
people they'll actually let you talk to. XM's top people are extremely
accessible (and I mean all of them, including Pete himself who I see
helping customers not infrequently). Where else can you get tech support
via IRC? :)
