[sllug-members]: Utopia providers

I am in the process of buying a house in West Valley City.  And like 2 of
the 4 service providors for utopia, and would like to get people's personal
opinions about the providers.

mstar and xmission.

I like mstar because you can get voip and tv thru the service without going
against your internet bandwidth and they are ready to provide these
services.
xmission I like because they have helped out the community, but they don't
provide any other services.

Please provide honest opinions about these two providers, no flame wars.
