I do the website/streaming for KCPW (kcpw.org) here in Salt Lake 
(Xmission provides the infrastructure). We stream Ogg and MP3...use all 
Open Source software running on Gentoo. Are you asking someone to 
contact them directly or provide info on a software stack?
