[sllug-members]: Load balancing a 6 tb NAS

Has anybody load balanced a NAS before? We are getting a bottle neck on a 6tb NAS that serves web files to our web servers. What would we implement to keep the two NAS servers in sync, so that they both have the current changes to our website? We are looking at a few options, I am looking for some more.
