Hello, everyone! I've decided to try and sell off some my personal Tech
Surplus, and I decided to list it here before posting on craigslist or
eBay. Some of this stuff is pretty old, but it is all functional and in
decent shape. If any of the items below interest you, please contact me
off list.
*Old Home Built System* - $50 obo
350 Mhz Pentium II
160 MB SD Ram
8 GB HDD
*Asus K8N-VM Motherboard* - $60 obo
(this is brand new never been used. I bought it, but ended up not
needing it)
Specs:
Socket 754
nVidia GeForce6100
VGA integrated
6-Channel Audio
10/100 LAN
ATA133*2 + SATA
*19" CRT monitor* - $40 obo
(its kinda old and the brightness is fading but still functional)
*15" CRT Monitor* - $20 obo
(again kinda old but functional)
*Altec Lansing ACS54 Computer Speakers* - $20 obo
(http://www.shopping.com/xPF-Altec-Lansing-ACS-54)
*Altec Lansing ACS340 Computer Speakers* - $15 obo
(http://www.ciao.co.uk/Altec_Lansing_ACS340__5110064)
*Hallikan/Chaplet Systems NBD486 Laptop running Windows 3.11* - $30 obo
This is old enough to be an antique by computing standards, but it still
runs perfectly. Black and white LCD screen, built it trackball, 3.5in
floppy drive. Built in LPT, COM and CRT ports, PS/2 keyboard port and
PCMCIA slot. I once had some fun trying to get a Linux distro on it, got
as far as booting from the floppy, but could never get to mounting the
hard drive. I swear they used this things design when they upgraded
Strongbad to his Lappy 486 (http://www.homestarrunner.com/sbemail.html)
And finally,
*The Tech Surplus Grab-box of Fun! - *$50 obo
(the Grab-box has some really good stuff in it, but selling it all
piecemeal will be an enormous PITA, so I'm selling it all as one item)
3 KVM switches (2 Belkin - 1 Avocent) cables incl.
2 IDE Zip Drives
1 USB ZIP250 Drive (usb cable and power supply incl.)
1 SCSI IOMEGA External Jazz Drive (SCSI cable and power supply incl.)
1 Wired Cable/DSL 4-port router (in box, unopened, shrink rap still on!)
1 Wired Cable/DSL 4-port router (CompUSA brand, well used but functions
well)
1 Netgear 8-port dual speed hub
1 Intel 5-port 10Mbps hub
6 low capacity (<4GB) Hard drives
Logitech cordless mouse w/ USB receiver
USB 1.1 4-port hub
Again I will vouch that all above items are in decent condition and
functional. But please be aware all sales are final. No warranties,
either express or implied, are hereby given. All equipment is supplied
as is, without guarantee. The user assumes all responsibility for
damages resulting from the use of this equipment, including, but not

infuriated chickens, malfunctioning mechanical or electrical devices,
premature activation of the distant early warning system, peasant
uprisings, halitosis, artillery bombardment, explosions, cave-ins,
and/or erectile disfunction.
