If you really have to junk old electronics and want to be responsible
about it, the best actual recycling I know is GRX:

  http://www.grxrecycles.com/

They have the Utah state contract to get rid of junk state computers,
and they are the ones that handled the XMission event.  Last I heard,
they had a local guy, Eric Anderson, 386-2533.
