Hi Matt,

Apart from Chad's Ebay suggestion, you can also post things that do work 
to the buy-sell-trade at sllug.org list.  Someone might be interested in 
picking something up from you.

In fact, I may be doing some of that myself soon.  And if there are no 
takers, I might do the Ebay thing too.
