Kind of joking, but not really:
Ebay

People will buy your junk if it's cheap.  Working/non-working if you
know which is which you could separate the pile and just sell it for
the cost of shipping it +5 bucks or something.  People buy all kinds
of junk on there, I tell them it's broken, start the bidding at 99
cents and usually make 5-10 bucks on broken things.
