Does anyone know if there's a way to convert XEN images to vmware?
Thanks.

I don't know, but if you can't get an answer, ask over on the VMware
forums. Somebody there's sure to know.

My experiences with XEN are very limited, but perhaps I can provide some
guidance.
It should be possible, but would be more complex than just opening up the
image file in a different client. You'll probably need a new kernel - XEN
relies on certain XEN-specific things compiled into the kernel, whereas
VMWare simulates typical hardware, so certain normal hardware things have to
be enabled in the kernel.
With a new kernel and an image in format that VMWare can understand, you
shouldn't have any problem.
