Depends on what you want.  Comcast is faster for downloads, but DSL is
faster for uploads (Typically).  Comcast also has a uniform, draconian
ToS that they only sporadically enforce, while if you go with DSL, you
can select your ISP from a list of providers and you can probably find
one that will let you do things Comcast says they won't.
