I agree with this. I've agreed to open a business account per the
recommendation of Comcast's policy department, I've filled out the
paperwork and understand the internet connection to my house was
re-enabled... for 5 minutes yesterday morning.

Seems the Policy group shut it down and emailed the sales guy, his boss and
his bosses boss not to give me internet. Even though I'm doing what they
suggested. What a bunch of {censored}.

The sales guy and his upper management is trying to get in touch with "Ted"
in the policy department. Im told he's the guy blocking our attempts to get
back online. After several hours of sending email and leaving voicemail
they were unable to get in touch with "Ted". I'm told they are now
escalating it to his manager. Hopefully I'll hear something today.

FYI... spoke with Bill Gephart yesterday. Nice guy. He called asking for
details. We spoke for about 5 minutes or so. Faxed and emailed him some
documents including the advertisement showing what Comcast originally sold
me when I signed up 4 years ago. He said if the business account goes
through there is no story. I'm ok with that. He also said if we're denied
a business account then I'm to call him and we'll get to work.

Personally I'm hoping this just get's resolved. There are many things we
should be fighting for in life. This shouldn't have to be one of them.
