[sllug-members]: hardware probing question

Good morning;

I have a webserver I want to upgrade.  Without downing the server and taking it all apart, is there a way to determine: 

what processor and speed I have, 
what kind of memory I have and how much, 
which slots it is in and how many slots I have, 
what video card I have and how much video RAM, etc.? 

I think there are linux shell commands somewhere that will tell me this, but I don't know what they are or how to find them.  

(Yes I know:  I used to have all this written down; until my two-year-old got hold of my server logbook and decided it would make a great coloring book.)
