I wonder if I'll get booted for using Vonage _and_ downloading a
crapload of publicly aired TV shows from them from sites like
digitaldistractions.  I split hairs with my ethical illegal activities
though - no ripped DVD movies here.

Maybe comcast is just scrapping accounts that are pegging their
bandwidth for sustained periods.  I've been much more pleased with
Comcast than with Qworst w/naked DSL, but only since increasing my
upstream rate to 768kbps.

Incidentally I've been using Vonage for over 2 years now.
