That's uncalled for. Just because *you* can't think of a rational use of
bandwidth doesn't mean /ipso facto/ he's a pirate, nor does it mean he's
forcing the poor abused company to steal money from your pocket to
subsidize a porn craze (or whatever you think he's doing).
If a company advertises "unlimited" use, and a user makes use of more
bandwidth than you personally would, don't blame the user. The company's
management and marketing are idiots if they advertise "unlimited" and
then complain about the statistical edge cases.
(And, assuming there's no exclusion in the fine print or other picky
nit, sounds like breach of contract.)
