[sllug-members]: Encrypted backup tapes

Hi all, I'm looking for help with encrypting backup tapes.
I've been doing encrypted backups for some time on external hard drives
and would like to supplement that with some tape backups.  Using a hard
drive makes encryption easy with dm-crypt, but I haven't been able to
find a similar method that works with tapes.

Does anyone have suggestions on how to accomplish encrypted backups on
tape using OSS?
