Standard telephone quality VoIP codec is 64Kbps, so 5 lines would be
320Kbps with all in use at once. That will leave 1Mbps for other
network traffic. Of course there will be some overhead and fluctuation,
but unless the other internet traffic is extremely high usage you will
likely be fine. You could look into configuring QoS/bandwidth shaping
in your gateway to ensure that your 5 VoIP lines always have their
bandwidth available.
