Easily, though you will want to use some type of QoS on the link to make
sure VoIP traffic gets at the least packet loss and jitter.
A T1 is (equivalent to) 24 voice circuits, each circuit being 64Kb/sec,
and most VoIP I've seen is between 32 and 80Kb/sec, depending on
compression and codec, so it should easily be possible. You just want
to make sure that you have some kind of QoS scheme setup (May have to
talk to your ISP about this) to make sure VoIP traffic is prioritized
over web/streaming traffic.
