Adam,

At the risk of 'tooting our own horn' I might recommend
Layer-4/Arrival Telecom as a local VoIP carrier supporting Asterisk
(http://www.layer-4.com/ or http://www.arrivaltel.com - same people
different focus. Layer-4 is primarily business solutions and Arrivaltel
primarily residential). Additionally, you might join us at meetings of
the Utah Asterisk Users Group (http://www.utaug.org or
irc://irc.freenode.net/#utaug). The next meeting of the UTAUG is
Tuesday, March 6th, 7pm at the Salt Lake City Main Library.

A local phone vendor, CCI Intellisys (http://www.cciintellisys.com/ -
also a shameless plug) has considerable experience with VoIP systems
including Asterisk, Vertical, Comdial, 3Com, Iwatsu, etc and would be
glad to provide commercial support or systems.
