You simply can not go wrong with XMission. Their track record is... you
just can't go wrong, man. They're geek-friendly. They answer their phones.
They're local. They have customer-appreciation parties. They play ambient
techno as their on-hold music. They... just... rock. 

If you pre-pay for 6 or 12 months, you can get that monthly fee down to
$15/mo. If you don't need an e-mail address or web-space- just vanilla 
Internet access, it's only $12/mo.
