Hey,

There's been a lot of interest in any type of system administration in 
Linux such as backup/restore, disaster recovery, intrusion detection, 
QOS configuration, security issues such as locking down a system etc. 
Even simple things like how to work with package managers like RPM, apt, 
dpkg, etc.  Also, at the application level, anything with multimedia, 
running and configuring services like apache, DNS, samba, etc.  A good 
one would be a tutorial of vim and/or emacs.  I'm sure anything that you 
could prepare would be welcome.
